Just got back from #IAAPA2018 and several days of breakouts, workshops, parties, and 10,000+square feet of sensory overload! So great to see so many of you there! Biggest takeaway: glad to hear how many attractions sites are focusing on ‘guest experience‘ to drive revenue and attendance. The word is out… the more guests see and do, the higher your per caps and repeat business! I am so proud to be in leadership development regarding this important industry trend.
